I worked with a number of organizations that varied in both size and nature (market, non-profit and government organizations, micro, small and medium enterprises). After all, I have come to the conclusion that the most effective way of helping is at personal level. We have to start from the individuals the development and transformation process of the organizations. That’s why I completed a one-year coach master’s course in Hungary at Neosys, then earned the Certified High Performance Coach qualification in the U.S. and now also hold the ICAgile Agile Coach certification. I help to raise the performance of teams and organizations to an even higher level. In addition to consulting and coaching, I led a mastermind group of entrepreneurs and wrote two books on business management.

I consider it my primary task to provide support to as many professionals as possible so that they can really achieve their goals, be able to go through the often bumpy path of implementation. Change is an inevitable condition for development! My goal is to help those who turn to me to get there so that they want to change and can change.
