PHILOSOPHY
Why was Freestyle Consulting created?
We have brought together industry professionals who have a proven 20-to-25-year track record in their respective fields. Our coaches, trainers and psychologists possess a wide range of expertise that they can uniquely engage in the context of Organizational Development. We established our team because we believe that we can learn from each other and, in so doing, we can bring the highest level of value to our customers.
The Freestyle difference
As our name suggests, we encourage our experienced professionals to engage their own styles, experiences and expertise when working with clients. We put forward only members of our team whose profile matches the needs and expectations of the client. We would only, for example, assign a trainer to run a leader development program who has extensive experience as a leader. On self-awareness and self-knowledge development programs we only work with
experts whose skills include strong intuitive and empathy skills as well as a solid psychology foundation. Our team members’ professional backgrounds position them well to tackle such topics as team coaching, leadership development, executive coaching and training. We incorporate our successful past in industry into our work. Our approach is supported by market leading quality assurance techniques.
Our Philosophy
All our interventions are unique whether it is an activity-based communications skills training, a deep leadership skill coaching, a conflict resolution-based team coaching or a multi-year OD intervention based on an OD diagnostic. We strongly believe that our very experienced team members can skillfully engage using their own style to provide the optimal results for our clients. One needs high-level expertise to feel what to use in various situations.
OUR STORY
After 20 - 25 years of successful work, we all longed to use our accumulated knowledge, experience and methods to develop leaders, groups of professionals. We have created a professional workshop with a free framework, where everyone can deepen their own competence, their own methods, but at the same time continuously inspire and develop each other in the fields of organizational development to provide support, development and help to our clients. We like to think together on complex problems, to learn from each other, to develop.ourselves.

Many times, as leaders we acknowledge that there are issues around the operations of our company, but we do not exactly see what the real root causes are.
